• Place the palms flat on the ground.
• Push yourself up by straightening the elbows.
• Heels push the toes toward the ground.

• Apply Neck Lock.
• There should be a straight line from the neck to the feet.

Variation:

• In some kriyas, it calls for the toes on the ground, instead of the top of the feet.
