rhythmical repetition. It is beneficial to link a mantra to the breath. This
technique helps focus the
mind and strengthen the endurance during challenging exercises.

EK ONG KAR means: There is a Creator
SAT NAM means: Thruth is His Name
SIRI WAHE GURU means: Great is His Wisdom.
For a powerful meditaion sing the mantra in two and a half breathcycle. First Breath in deeeply and sing EK ONG KAR. (Ek short, Ong and Kar long). Breath in deeply again and sing SAT NAM SIRI (Sat short, Nam every long and Siri with the last bit of breath. Breath half in and sing WAHE GURU (Wahe is short en Guru is long).

This mantra is to fix the mental to prosperity
or power. This mantra contains the eight facets of God that we all have to
deal with. Gobinday, one who sustains us, Mukhunday, one who liberates us,
Udharay, one who uplifts us, Aparay, who is infinite, Hariung, who does everything,
Kariung, for which grace everything is done, Nirnamay, nameless, desireless,
Akamay, is by itself. Har is "
Shakti Yoga" (power) mantra. Har is the creative energy of God. The four
repetitions of Har give
power to all aspects and provide the power to break down barriers of the past.
MUL MANTRA
The creator is one, whose name is truth, the doer of everything, fearless,
revenge less, undying,
unborn and self-illuminated. This is revealed by the true Guru's grace. Meditate!
True in the
beginning, True through the ages, True even now, O Nanak, the true one shall
ever be true.

This mantra is for healing, miracles, humility and mastery.
It calls upon Guru Ram Das, the Patron Saint of Kundalini Yoga. Translation:

This is the BIJ (seed) mantra.
SAT means Truth, NAM means Name or Identity.
Translation: "truth is my identity."

This mantra is for creativity and balance.
Translated: "Existence, Life, Death, Rebirth"
