How to Do It.

Sit on the floor. Place your right foot on your left thigh. Place your left knee next to your chest. The foot flat on the floor. Bring your left arm straight up in the air, hand in Gyan Mudra. Place your right arm behind your back, palm on the floor behind you. Raise your body up and balance on your right palm and left foot as you do Breath of fire.

Continue for 1-3 minutes.


Drinking some water just after getting up is very beneficial to the kidneys.
