KY healing Eyesight to Improve


How to Do It.

Sit in Easy Pose, head and neck straight. Place palms together in Prayer Mudra, fingers pointing up, forearms at chest level and parallel to the floor.

Without bending your neck, look with both eyes at your thumbs. Do Long Deep Breathing for 6-11 minutes.
