How to Do It.
Sit on your heels, knees wide, toes together. Fingertips are on the floor, elbows straight, arms perpendicular to the floor. Lift the body up slightly, supporting its waight on your fingertips. Inhale completely. Exhale, hold the breath out and pump the navel point in and out, five times on the held exhale. Relax for 1 minute. Then inhale completely, hold the breath in, and pump the navel point 15 times . Exhale completely and pump 15 times on the held exhale. Then relax for 1 minute.
Good for the kidneys and bladder. This is a moderately hard, very effective Kriya. Be sure to follow directions carefully.
