How to Do It.

Sit in Easy Pose,with the hands in fists at the Navel Point.

Inhale completely. Exhale completely, and press the fists into the navel area on the held exhale.

When you can no longer hold the breath out, inhale, exhale and begin pressing again.

Continue for 10 to 15 minutes.
