Kundalini Yoga Fasting

 

Fasting with a soup for 7 days.

 

  1. 15 cups of water in a pan
  2. half a finger of fresh ginger
  3. 5 garlic
  4. 1 spoon tumaric
  5. 2 onions medium
  6. 1 thee-spoon black pepper
  7. 1 thee-spoon of chilli
  8. add cumminseed powder
  9. add coriander powder
  10. 1 cup mung-beans
  11. cook for 30 – 45 min
  12. 3-4 cups green vegetables
  13. cook for 5 min
  14. add 2 cups rice
  15. add 2 spoons tamari shogun (a yoga sauce)
  16. add 2-3 spoons ghi or sesame-oil
  17. cook for 30 – 45 min
  18. eat 3 times a day 1 bowl of soup
  19. drink at least 3 litre water every day
  20. do every day some yoga asanas for the whole body
