Kundalini Yoga Fasting
Fasting with a soup for 7
days.
- 15 cups of water in a pan
- half a finger of fresh ginger
- 5 garlic
- 1 spoon tumaric
- 2 onions medium
- 1 thee-spoon black pepper
- 1 thee-spoon of chilli
- add cumminseed powder
- add coriander powder
- 1 cup mung-beans
- cook for 30 45 min
- 3-4 cups green vegetables
- cook for 5 min
- add 2 cups rice
- add 2 spoons tamari shogun (a yoga sauce)
- add 2-3 spoons ghi or sesame-oil
- cook for 30 45 min
- eat 3 times a day 1 bowl of soup
- drink at least 3 litre water every day
- do every day some yoga asanas for the whole
body
