How to Do It.
Lie on your back. Lock your hands in Venus Lock under the neck touching the skin of the neck (under your hair, if its down).
Slowly raise the legs and torso to 60 degrees. Hold this position as long as possible, anywhere between 3 and 10 minutes.
Focus on your feet and let the breath come naturally.
This is a hard one! Mentally repeat a mantra, such as "Sat" (as you inhale) and "Nam" *as you exhale), to help you through it.
This exercise is also good for balance, and for resetting the magnetic field on waking up.
