How to Do It.
This kryia requires a fair amound of spinal flexibility. Kneel in Rock Pose. Lower yourself backwards until your body is suppored by the elbows and the back of the head (modified Fish Pose). Begin Breath of Fire for 15 minutes.
Comments: This kriya is for emergency digestive problems such as overeating and stomach pain. Take extra care in getting in and out of this posture, so as not to wrench a muscle.
