What is it really all about?
What is the aim of all those different forms of advaita, yoga, meditation, pranayama, deeksha etc.
It is good for your body and quiets the mind, but what is it really all about?
It is not for the perfection of a posture,
an asana.
It is not for the achievement of silence.
It is not for the control of a certain technique.
It is not for the experience of space, silence, emptiness or light.
It is not for having an experience whatsoever.
What is it really all about?
That it is not about me anymore!
