How to Do It
Sit with your spine perfectly straight. Hold your upper arms near the sides of the chest. The forearms are 30 degrees out from the chest with the palms open and facing each other. The fingers are slightly spread and lightly cupped. Breathe long, deeply, and slowly. Keep the eyes half open and focus between the palms.
As you breathe, feel the energy flow from one hand to the other. After a few minutes, you will begin to see the flow of energy.
Do this mediation for 11 minutes.
