KY Meditation to Realize Your Own Essence
How to Do It
Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine, raise forearms until they cross at heart level, the right arm touching the body and the left arm crossing over it, just above the wrists, palms facing the body, with both hands in Gyan Mudra and the other fingers perfectly straight.
Inhale deeply, exhale completely and with the breath held out, mentally chant the mantra three times:
Hari Hari Hari Hari Hari Hari Har
while vigorously pumping the navel.
Inhale, exhale and repeat chanting the mantra four times.
Then inhale, exhale and chant the mantra five times.
This is only to be practiced for 3 breaths.
Comments: This meditation is an initiation to relate to your own essence.
Practice it to realize how much you can change in a minute and a half.
