KY Meditation for the Mother Power

How to Do It

Sit with a straight spine in easy pose, with hands in Gyan Mudra.

Chant "Maaaaa" 8 times per breath for 3-11 minutes.

Then sit quietly and expand the light at the heart. Go through your life, starting with the first year and remember everything.

Strange may come up.
