How to Do It.
Sit on the left heel, the right leg stretched straight forward in front of you.
Grab your extended toes or ankle with both your hands, and put the left ear on the right leg, or as close to it as you can get it.
Hold this position while doing Breath of Fire for 3 minutes. Than switch legs and ear and repeat the exercise for 3 minutes.
This Kanar Kriya can also be done in Half Lotus.
