How to Do It.
Sit in lotus pose, or rock pose if lotus
is too difficult. Clasp the hands in Venus lock behind your back. Bend down
til your forehead touches the floor and stretch the locked hands up as far
as possible above your back in yoga mudra (a, b). Feel at peace. Continue
for 2 minutes.
This pose helps coughing and mucus
in the chest. Do for 2 minutes once an hour while ill.
