How to Do It.
Sitting in Easy Pose, inhale deeply and chant in one breath "Ra Ra Ra Ra Ra, Ma Ma Ma Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma" ("a" as in father; see musical stuff below)
Hands can be in Gyan Mudra.
Continue for 11 minutes.
This Charity of Breath Meditation is very cleansing to the bloodstream.
The rate of breathing slows down from about 15 breaths per minute to about 8 breaths a minute,
landing calmness and clarity to the mind as well.
