How to Do It.
Stand up, heels together, feet apart
for balance. Hands are overhead with palms together. Lean back as far as possible
and do breath of fire for 1-3 minutes. To prevent falling, stand over a gymnast
horse or a soft sofa back or get someone to stand behind you, to catch you
if you lose your balance. You must bend back as far as possible.
This exercise is said to make asthma run away like a crow at the clap of your hands!
