How to Do It.
Sit down in Easy Pose and grab your ankles. Inhale completely. Exhale completely and hold your breath out. Then pump your abdomen in and up (a) then out (b) on the held exhale. Continue pumping until you must inhale. Repeat the inhale-exhale-pumping cyvle for 1-3 minutes.
This kriya cleans the blood, removes cholesterol, and improves circulation in the capillaries.
