How to Do It.

Sit in Rock Pose. Place the hands on the floor behind the body ans arch up into half Camel Pose. Open the mouth wide and stick out the tongue. Inhale completely; as you exhale, laugh down deep in your belly ("belly laugh").

Do a total of 10 of these inhale-exhale-laughing cycles. Then relax on the back for 3 minutes.
