How to Do It.

Sit down with legs spread as wide apart as possible. Catch your heels. Touch your forehead to the floor. Make sure the legs stay straight. Breath is normal. Continue for 1-3 minutes.

Cold showers are excellent for arthritis. Don't precede or end your cold shower with warm water.
